For the past few years, if you wanted a stock high-performance off-road truck, your only option was the Ford Raptor.
But what about the hardcore Chevy lovers? What fun are they to have?
Well, now you have an option. Though it’s not quite stock, it’s better.
Hennessey Goliath 700 Supercharged is a new upgrade kit to the 2002 GMC Sierra and Chey Silverado. The kit boosts the stock 420-hp 6.2L V8 to an astounding 700-hp with a 2.9L supercharger. It also includes performance upgrades to the intercooler system, camshafts, pushrods, and engine management systems.
These upgrades boosts its 0-60 time to 4.3 seconds. That’s as fast as a Camaro SS or Mustang GT and light-years faster than the Ford Raptor. Plus go anywhere with an optional off-road upgrade package that features a six-inch lift, HPE Wheels, and Toyo Tires.
This thing is sweet, but make sure they throw in mud flaps or tell them you’ll walk.
